The location was perfect for our overnight stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shared kitchen area was well-stocked. The decor in the room was tasteful and homey. The breakfast provided was basic but sufficient.

The lack of amenities in the rooms. We found ourselves wanting for hand basins in the bathroom and more places to put our toiletries.

This hotel was a great choice for my stay. I loved how close it was to the beautiful outdoor area and the famous Waitomo Caves. The staff were attentive and the rooms clean and cozy. Plus, the breakfast was included, which was a nice touch.

During our recent stay, the location of the room was a great advantage. the well-kept garden provided us with the perfect environment to relax. the bathroom was tidy and well-maintained with a nice tea tray provided for our convenience. the staff were friendly & helpful, and the restaurant had delicious food with generous servings.

The power point was difficult to access and the motel did not have a kitchen in the room.

Comfortable and cozy stay with a lovely cat. The staff were helpful and the meal at the restaurant was excellent. Being able to charge our EV overnight using their free charger was a great bonus. The nearby café, the Fat Pigeon, was also a great spot for breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are comfortable, with a nice big bathroom and comfortable beds. The attention to detail is evident with shelves for wash bags and enough space for overnight bags and even 2 big suitcases. The location is perfect, right next door to a lovely outdoor area and within steps of a funky bar and restaurant. The service provided by Zoe and the rest of the staff is outstanding. They take the time to make sure guests have everything they need and go above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. Plus, breakfast is included, making it even better.

All was absolutely fantastic, couldn't ask for anything more.
